Restoration Health Medical Group, PLLC (“Restoration Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website, restorationhealth.clinic (the “Site”), and when you communicate with us electronically.
This Privacy Policy applies to our website only. Protected health information that we create or receive as part of providing medical care is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Where this Privacy Policy and the Notice of Privacy Practices both apply, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls with respect to protected health information.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide voluntarily
When you use the contact or appointment request features of the Site, or email us, you may choose to provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, the nature of your inquiry, and a message. We ask that you do not include sensitive medical details (such as diagnoses, medications, or test results) in website forms or unsecured email. We will collect health information through secure channels once your care is established.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our Site and hosting provider automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, and the website that referred you. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site. Some of it is collected by optional tools that run only if you allow them (see below).
Cookies, analytics, and other services on this Site
When you first visit, a cookie banner asks for your choice. Optional cookies and trackers stay off until you choose Accept All or turn on a category under Preferences. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie-settings button at the bottom-left of each page, and you can also set your browser to block cookies. - Essential (always on). Cookies that run the Site and remember your cookie choice (our consent tool, WPConsent: wpconsent_preferences, wpconsent_geolocation). Our host, WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.), also serves our fonts and a small performance-monitoring script.
- Statistics — WordPress.com Stats (Jetpack, Automattic Inc.). Counts page views and visits so we can see how the Site is used. Runs only if you allow Statistics.
- Marketing — Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion measurement (Google LLC). Measure how visitors use the Site and whether visitors who arrive from our Google ads go on to request an appointment. These use cookies such as _ga, _ga_*, and _gcl_au. They run only if you choose Accept All (Statistics and Marketing). Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Healthgrades (Providers page). Displays our physician’s patient-ratings badge from Healthgrades. It loads only after you choose Accept All; otherwise a plain link to Healthgrades is shown.
- Google Maps (Locations and Contact pages). The map is provided by Google and loads only if you click “Show map.”
- Carepatron (scheduling and patient intake). Online booking and the appointment-request form are provided by Carepatron and open only when you click a booking or appointment button. Information you enter there is handled under Carepatron’s terms and, once you are our patient, our Notice of Privacy Practices. Carepatron’s booking pages also load Google Tag Manager to measure booking steps.
We do not run analytics or advertising tools on the confirmation page shown after you complete patient forms, and we do not sell your personal information.

- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Site and our practice (for example, website hosting by WordPress.com, email by Google Workspace, and scheduling, secure forms, and payments by Carepatron), under appropriate confidentiality and, where required, HIPAA business associate agreements;
- Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of practice assets, subject to applicable law.
4. Email and Text Communications
If you contact us by email or provide your email address, we may respond by email. Standard email and text messaging are not fully secure. Please do not send sensitive health information through unsecured email or text. If you prefer that we not contact you by a particular method, let us know and we will accommodate reasonable requests.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through the Site, please contact us and we will delete it.
7. Third-Party Links and Social Media
The Site may link to third-party websites and social media platforms, such as our Instagram page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit. Please do not share personal health information with us through social media or direct messages.
8. Your Choices and State Privacy Rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what contact information we hold about you from your use of the Site, to request corrections, or to request deletion, subject to legal and medical record-keeping requirements.
